Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution when applicable.
Condition
Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
